Our aim is to create a unified ecosystem business without conducting an ICO or IEO. It is purely NON ICO business model. Cipher is a digital utility token whose aim is to develop a unified ecosystem business without conducting an initial coin offering (ICO) or initial exchange offering (IEO). According to its website, the transactions done using the token are efficient, transparent, and tradeable. Further, the platform seeks to minimize the risks of a volatile market, making it undulating and firm. The token was created on the backdrop of the ERC20 standard version operating on the Ethereum blockchain.
In addition, the platform has its own exchange, 'Cipher exchange,' which is based on the peer-to-peer (P2P) model and integrates all existing cryptocurrencies. The platform also offers a digital crypto wallet in which users can store the coins and carry out payment transactions. According to its whitepaper, the exchange is capable of handling multiple transactions at a fast pace, without any bugs.
