The network aims to enable software to implement only predetermined behaviors. MagCarta is a consensus-oriented programming language that seeks to allow DApps (decentralized applications) to implement their embedded consensus strategy and ledger structure.

Dr. Anbang Ruan founded Trias and proposed the Leviatom layer in 2016. Ruan has a PhD in computer security from the University of Oxford and has published 20 academic papers. The maximum total supply of TRIAS token is 10,000,000 TRIAS coins
