As per the whitepaper, Lanceria intends to solve the challenges freelancers face, such as a heavy service-charge rate, delay in payouts, lack of fair erring, no cryptocurrency payments, unfair account suspensions, and algorithmic filtering errors. Lanceria also seeks to solve the challenges faced by the employers, such as high service fees, poor and unverified work quality, stolen portfolios, unverified users, lack of work tracking, black-market payments, etc. The platform aims to provide advantages to freelancers and employers, including the following:
LANC is the modern-day native token of the Lanceria platform. LANC is a utility token based on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) that operates on the proof-of-stake (PoS) consensus model. The token is primarily used as the mode of payment on the platform. LANC is tradable using BNB; freelancers and employers can convert their tokens into LANC and use them to make payments.
Mihai Sebastian Sararu founded the Lanceria platform in 2021. Mihai is an expert in marketing, social media management, and web and graphic design, with experience of over five years.
