关于 Sacred Portals 2025 Jubilee

Every 25 years, the pontiff opens sacred doors to mark a jubilee year in the Catholic calendar. The tradition, which began in 1300 as a once-a-century event, was later adjusted to occur every 25 years. The Sacred Portals of the four Roman basilicas were first opened for the jubilee in 1423 and have been opened for every jubilee since.
