OceanEx was founded in 2018 by Xiaoning Nan and Jiayu Zhou. Xiaoning Nan has been venturing into the cryptocurrency market since 2013 and is one of the earliest contributors to the rise of Bitcoin and blockchain technology. Jiayu Zhou is an expert on machine learning and artificial intelligence, and is an assistant professor at Michigan State University.
