Internships are typically 12 weeks and start during summer break. We offer two start dates to accommodate students on either a quarter or semester system.

We have both hybrid and remote internship opportunities. Check with your recruiter to confirm where your internship might be located. No matter whether you’re remote or hybrid, you’ll get our comprehensive IT kit with everything you’ll need to work efficiently and comfortably from anywhere.

For interns required to work hybrid, you’ll get a housing stipend to offset any temporary relocation costs. For interns permitted to work fully remote, Coinbase typically organizes one or more trips to an office to build in-person relationships.

The interview process is as rigorous for Coinbase interns as it is for all our hires. The exact process will vary by team and role, but it typically includes several stages, often starting with an online assessment, followed by a recruiter screen with a team member or with our AI Recruiter.
