CCX, also known as Counos X, is a distinctive cryptocurrency that operates within an independent network. It is the first coin that is bankable and implements the proof of work algorithm. The number of coins to be generated in this network has not been limited, but in the first stage, about 18,300,000 coins have been mined. CCX strives to establish an economic community based on the Blockchain technology, enabling its members to further their objectives with the assistance of this technology. It is designed to facilitate interactions among people in different countries, making the transfer of value easier and more efficient on a larger scale.
CCX operates using a proof of work algorithm, but due to some extra requirements for miners, it can be more accurately described as a mixture of proof of work and proof of stake. To mine CCX using the official Counos mining pools, miners must meet certain conditions, including having an account in Counos Platform with full KYC level 1 and 2, and owning at least 10,000 Counos X. If these conditions are met, it will be possible to generate 0.0035 CCX for each block created. If the conditions are not met, mining will yield no reward. In this way, mining rewards are not calculated for blocks, and only the transaction fee in proportion to the miner’s share of power is considered as a reward.
CCX seeks to provide a variety of use cases. One of the key features that will be added to CCX is the Counos Layer protocol, which will allow the creation of crypto assets such as tokens and other custom digital assets on top of the CCX Blockchain network. Other potential use cases include a certification system, which can issue all kinds of certificates such as university degrees, customs documents, transportation documents, identification documents, etc. Additionally, CCX will also feature an election system, a copyright system, and a decentralized finance (DeFi) system. These features strive to create more value and utility, and all these features are carried out using the coins generated by Counos, which will make them more valuable.
