It leverages basic TCP/IP and DNS protocols for basic internet, TOR and Starkware for privacy and zero-knowledge, Ethereum and Starkware for the creation of a native cryptocurrency, and DAO technology for self-governance of the entire ecosystem. The network is governed by a DAO, aiming to maintain the infrastructure and the rights of the people who use it. tomiNet also includes a privacy storage network that makes it difficult for the network to be captured, censored, or subjected to pressure from large entities.
