Luxochain aims to utilize the innovative IT architecture of blockchain along with the platform’s development technologies to protect the products against the gray market, theft, and forgery.
The native token of Luxochain is the LUX token, which is used to have access to the Luxochain ecosystem. The team of LUXOCHAIN aims to deploy the tokens based on the ERC-20 standard on the Ethereum blockchain. However, the team also seeks to develop new multi-blockchain technology for extending the LUX token operation to other blockchains.
The token enables producers to purchase technology to utilize Block-ID protection for some products. Notably, for utilizing the Block-ID protection, users need to have a sufficient amount of LUX tokens that can be purchased at different exchange rates within the LUXO wallet. Through the Mobile Wallet app and the Web Platform of Luxochain, the token can be stored in an ecosystem. The user interface aims to be simple and powerful, which enables the users to manage their different accounts with different tokens.
Luxochain was founded in December 2017 by Natale Consonni, who is experienced in product management, business development, entrepreneurship, and quality control. Davide Baldi is also a founder and CEO of Luxochaoin. He is experienced in the creation of corporate networks. Roberto Gorini is a founder and CFO of the platform. He is an expert in cryptocurrency and a serial entrepreneur. The team of Luxochain provided an ICO of LUX tokens in October 2018 at € 0,05 per LUX.
